JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard the counsel for the petitioners and the Standing Counsel for the respondents. The petitioners seek early consideration of an application filed for amendment of the judgment and decree. The amendment pertains to the interest on the principal amount claimed by the petitioners.
2. I direct the Court of the Subordinate Judge of Ernakulam to dispose of I.A. No. 1282/2013 in O.S. No. 505/2009 on its file expeditiously. Every endeavour shall be made to pass final orders thereon within a period of six weeks from today.
The Original Petition is disposed of.
