JUDGMENT / ORDER

These Criminal Revision Petitions are filed to allow the revision petitions herein and set aside the order dated 26.04.2013 passed in M.C.No.1/2011 on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Tiruvottiyur, Tiruvallur District and modify the order so as to allow maintenance to the 1st petitioner and 2nd petitioner a sum of Rs.10,000/- per month.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the matter has been settled before the Lok Adalat and filed a memo, dated 03.08.2017 to that effect.
3.Recording the memo, these Criminal Revision Petitions are dismissed.
