This Criminal Petition coming on for Orders, this day, the Court made the following:
ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioners files a memo dated 18.02.2019 seeking leave of the Court to withdraw the petition as it has become infructuous in view of the acquittal order passed in C.C.No.19269/2006 dated 27.10.2018 after filing of the above petition.
Memo is placed on record.
Hence, petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
In view of dismissal of main petition, IA.No.1/2018 does not survive for consideration. Accordingly, IA.No.1/2018 is dismissed.
