The present civil application has been filed by the appellant-ESI Corporation for condonation of delay of 1 day caused in filing the First Appeal.
Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties.
Learned counsel, Mr.Bharat Shah, who has instruction for the respondent, has fairly stated that the delay may be condoned.
Therefore, considering the grounds mentioned in the application, sufficient cause can be said to have been made out for condonation of the delay. Therefore, the present civil application deserves to be allowed.
The delay is condoned. The application stands disposed of as allowed. Rule is made absolute.
First Appeal is ordered to be placed for hearing on 4th May, 2012.
