confirm the judgment dated 04.12.2017 in C.C.No.304/2003 on the file of the Special Court for Economic offence at Bengaluru and etc., This Criminal Revision Petition coming on for Orders, this day, the Court made the following:
O R D E R Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. He has filed a memo dated 26.07.2019 to convert the present Criminal Revision Petition into Criminal Appeal under Section 378(4) of Cr.P.C.
The said memo is placed on record.
Registry is directed to convert the present Criminal Revision Petition into Criminal Appeal and to give a new number for statistical purpose.
