JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. The learned Senior Government Pleader submits that in the cases of the establishments at Sl.Nos.(a) and (c) in Ext.P2, requests for renewal of licence has been acceded to and that in the case of the petitioner also, the request for renewal of licence would be accepted, however that the demand would stand. This is recorded. Licence shall, hence, be granted.
2. Post immediately after the Mid Summer vacation. Counter affidavit, if any, shall be placed on record in the meanwhile.
