JUDGMENT / ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that since the Appeal Suit pending before the lower Appellate Court has been dismissed for default, he may be permitted to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition, with liberty to file appropriate Petition, if the Appeal Suit is restored to file. He has also made an endorsement to the said effect in the Petition.
2.Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the endorsement made, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as sought for. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
