The petitioners are rival operators of the 2nd respondent, the latter of whom, had been granted a regular permit by the 1st respondent. The petitioners' only prayer is that their objections, Ext.P5 may be considered before a timing conference is convened. 2.In the circumstances, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to hear the petitioners' objections as per Ext.P5 before the timing is fixed for the 2nd respondent in the regular permit granted to him.

The writ petition is disposed of.
