The claim of the petitioner is that the land, which has been transferred, is an agricultural land. While only on the basis of the audit objection, the valuation applicable to the residential area has been adopted.
Learned Standing Counsel prays for and is granted four weeks time to file counter affidavit. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within two weeks thereafter.
