JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner is seeking for a direction to expedite the enquiry pending in CEPC(Che)/932/02.02.002/2016-17, on the basis of the complaint made by the petitioner dated 07.11.2016.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that there is levy of exorbitant interest by the City Financial Consumer Finance India Limited, contrary to the contract. The petitioner has made a complaint against the Non-Banking Company to the respondent herein. The respondent had sent a notice.
3. The respondent in proceedings No.CEPC(Che)/932/02.02.002/ 2016- 2017, dated 14.12.2016 has informed that the petitioner will be updated of the reply of the Non Banking Financial Company.
