JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner initially secured her entry as Upper Primary School Assistant in a school under the management of the sixth respondent on 12.11.2008 in an approved vacancy. Later, till 15.07.2011, intermittently the petitioner was engaged and had her services approved through different proceedings. Eventually when she was appointed from 03.10.2011 to 31.03.2012 in another school under the management of the sixth respondent, the said appointment was refused to be approved. Similarly, the next two instances of appointment, i.e., from 04.06.2012 to 31.05.2013 and later from 03.06.2013 to the present day in different schools were also not approved. Thus, assailing the orders of rejection in Exhibits P2, P4 and P6, the WPC 26780/14 2 petitioner Exhibit P12 revision before the first respondent, who is yet to dispose it of. Thus, complaining of its non consideration, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition. 2. The learned Government Pleader has, however, contended that Exhibits P2, P4 and P6 orders were passed by different authorities concerning the appointment of the petitioner in different schools in three different spells. As such, statutorily a composite revision ought not have been filed, since Exhibits P2, P4 and P6 present different causes of action to the petitioner, who is required to file separate revisions, if at all, assailing those orders of rejection. In any event, the learned counsel for the petitioner has strenuously contended that a single revision in Exhibit P12 is sufficient to lay challenge against the orders of rejection in Exhibits P2, P4 and P6 and the objection sought to be projected by the learned Government Pleader is untenable.
WPC 26780/14 3 Be that as it may, in the facts and circumstances, having regard to the respective submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader, this Court, without adverting to the merits of the matter, disposes of the present writ petition with a direction to the first respondent to consider Exhibit P12 revision of the petitioner, in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders thereon, after affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner and all other persons concerned, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. If desired, the petitioner shall produce a copy of the writ petition along with the copy of this judgment before the first respondent.
