Learned counsel for the petitioner continues to remain absent though the matter has been called twice. Mr.Manishankar, learned M.SATHYANARAYANAN. J AP Additional Advocate General assisted by Mr.I.Arokiasamy, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent/contemnor would submit that the order, which is the subject matter of contempt, has been complied with in the form of Rejection Order and it is also put to challenge in WP.No.442982/2016 and the same has been entertained and is pending adjudication. 2 In the light of the said development, the contempt petition is closed.
