JUDGMENT / ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted a letter dated 03.07.2017 to the Registry seeking permission of this Court to post the above writ petition for withdrawal. The matter is listed today under the heading for withdrawal. When the matter is taken up today, a similar request is made before this Court and an endorsement has also been made to that effect.
2. In view of the same, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
