An appeal filed by the petitioner herein in 2003, A.A. 128 of 2003, against the order in O.A. 131 of 1999 is yet to see its culmination. Unable to bear any more, the petitioner has approached this Court for an expeditious disposal of the appeal.
2. In the light of the order that is proposed to be passed in this Original Petition, it is felt that notice to the respondent is not necessary.
This Original Petition is allowed and there will be a direction to the Land Reforms Appellate Authority, Alappuzha to take up A.A.128 of 2003 and dispose it of as expeditiously as possible, after hearing all parties, at any rate, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
