The petitioner is the Headmaster of Puthussery Cyrian M.D.L.P. School, Kadamankulam within the local limits of the territorial jurisdiction of the District Educational Officer, Thiruvalla. By Ext.P13 notice dated 18.7.2013, the District Educational Officer, Thiruvalla called upon the Manager of the school to show cause why the recognition granted to the school shall not be withdrawn as stipulated in Chapter V rule 22A of the Kerala Education Rules. The Manager submitted a letter dated 9.9.2013 in reply. Thereafter by Ext.P15 order dated 28.2.2014, the District Educational Officer, Thiruvalla withdrew the recognition of the school with effect from the academic year 2013-2014. Pursuant thereto, the District Educational Officer issued Ext.P16 letter dated 27.3.2014 whereby he inter alia directed the Manager to deploy the petitioner in one of the other schools under the corporate educational agency. This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the failure of the Manager to comply with the said direction.

Sri.Nidheesh S., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court on 11.4.2014, the corporate Manager has by his proceedings dated 30.5.2014 deployed the petitioner as Headmaster of M.D.L.P. School, Pavukara. The learned counsel also submitted that the only surviving grievance which the petitioner has is as regards salary and allowances for the months of April and May, 2014. The learned counsel submitted that leaving open the petitioner’s right to move the District Educational Officer seeking redressal of her grievance regarding non-payment of salary for the months of April and May, 2014, the writ petition may be closed.
In the light of the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is closed as infructuous reserving liberty with the petitioner to move the District Educational Officer seeking redressal of her surviving grievances if any.
