It is pointed out by the learned advocate appearing for the original petitioner that this Miscellaneous Civil Application as can be made out from paragraph 14 of this application as also from the date of this application must have been preferred prior to obtaining copy of the order passed in Special Civil Application No.334 of 2012 dated 7.3.2012. As the prayer sought for is already taken care of in the main petition, this application does not survive.
On close examination of the prayers as also the submissions, it can be noted that the order passed in Special Civil Application No.334 of 2012 already directs all Lavad suits to be tried together by Board of Nominees. Resultantly, this application seeking identical relief need not be entertained and is dismissed accordingly.
