Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned State Attorney.
2. By this Writ Petition, the petitioner, who claims to be a share-holder and Director of Mahalife Kuries Pvt. Ltd, has prayed for a direction to respondents 1 and 3 to direct respondents 4 and 5 not to harass and file false cases for recovery of money or coerce for recovery of money due to Mahalife Kuries Pvt. Ltd. The petitioner submits that a Company Petition is pending in this Court.
3. The learned State Attorney stated that Crime No.1367/2014 has been registered against the petitioner and other Directors and the Directors are absconding. He submitted that the police cannot intervene in the matter regarding recovery of money from share-holders and other debtors.

4. In view of the fact that a crime has already been registered against the petitioner and other Directors of the Mahalife Kuries Pvt. Ltd, we do not find that there is police harassment. We only observe that the police authorities shall proceed with the investigation in accordance with the Code of Criminal Procedure.
The Writ Petition is dismissed.
