Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the basis of the notification dated 12.6.2014 issued by the Central Board of Secondary Education, it is open for the candidates to apply for copies of OMR sheets and also answer keys to the question. Petitioner is intending to submit application in that regard. Hence, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition seeking liberty to approach this Court challenging the computation of marks in the event of any further necessity.
Hence, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn keeping open all contentions raised by the petitioner to be adjudicated in appropriate proceedings.
