[Judgment of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] This appeal is directed, against the order dated 19.01.2015 in W.P(MD)No. 57 of 2013, which was filed by the respondent Teacher, challenging the order passed by the 2nd appellant on 27.07.2012, refusing to aprrove the appointment of the writ petitioner as a Head Master of Elementary School from 03.10.2001 to 13.3.2003 in the scale of pay of secondary grade Teacher and from 01.04.2003 to 31.08.2004 as secondary grade Teacher.
2.The writ petition was allowed taking into consideration the decision of the Division Bench in W.A(MD)No.776 of 2010, dated 31.01.2011 and therefore, we find there is no reason to interfere with the impugned order.
3.The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that during the pendency of this appeal, appointment of the respondent /writ petitioner has been approved and she has also been paid salary.
4.In the light of the above submission, nothing further survies for adjudication, hence, the writ appeal is dismissed. No Costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
