(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE D.H.WAGHELA) Learned AGP appearing for the respondents stated, on written instructions of Election Officer and City Deputy Collector (East), Ahmedabad, that election of Chairman of the petitioner is now declared and scheduled to be held on 30th July 2012. Upon that statement being recorded herein, the petition is not pressed and accordingly it is disposed.
