Mr. Pahwa, learned Counsel, states that on account of some procedural delays on the part of the applicant-Company the delay in filing the present application has occasioned. Since, the application is not opposed by the respondents, we deem it proper to ALLOW the application. The application is allowed and the delay occasioned in filing Letters Patent Appeal is condoned.
