Grievance of the petitioner is that though she has retired from the post of Assistant Teacher in Deen Bandhu Inter College, Usayani, Firozabad on 31.3.2017, but none of her retiral dues have been released so far. In respect of such grievance, petitioner has approached the authorities concerned, but no decision has yet been taken. Hence, this petition.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that petitioner's grievance shall be examined, in accordance with law.
In the facts and circumstances, this writ petition stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to approach respondent no.2 in respect of her grievance, noticed above, alongwith certified copy of this order, within a period of two weeks from today. In case such a claim is raised, the same shall be examined by the authority concerned, by means of a reasoned order to be passed, in accordance with law, within a further period of three months thereafter. The amount which is found due and payable shall be released within a further period of six weeks, thereafter, failing which petitioner shall be entitled to payment of interest upon the withheld retiral dues.
