The petitioner is alleged with a malpractice in the examination of November, 2013, for which, notice has been issued by the Mahatma Gandhi University only on 05.08.2014. The notice is produced as Ext.P3. The petitioner has filed the above writ petition apprehending that he would not be permitted to participate in the 5th semester examination scheduled on 14.11.2014. 2. In such circumstances, if the petitioner has applied for the examination with the requisite fee, then the petitioner shall be allowed to participate in the examination. But, however, subject to the final decision taken in the enquiry proceedings initiated as per Ext.P3. The results shall not be declared until the conclusion of the proceedings.
The writ petition is disposed of.
