The petitioner is the owner of a stage carriage bearing registration No.KL-07/AM 45 who had made an application for the issuance of temporary permit to operate 'substitute service' on the route Kakkanad-Aluva- Ernakulam-Thevara Ferry-Edakochi in the vacant timings of KL-07/AY 8755 for a period of four months, by Ext.P2. It is submitted that no steps are taken thereon. 2. In such circumstances, there shall be a direction to the respondent to issue temporary permit, as sought for in Ext.P2 for a period of four months, within a period of one week from the date of production of a WP(C).26768/14 2 certified copy of this judgment.
Writ petition is disposed of as above.
