JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed directing the respondent to hold an enquiry under Section 151 Police Standing Order by appointing District Judge to hold with the matter of arrest and detention of the petitioner and enquire the same in accordance with law.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, who claims that R.MAHADEVAN, J., sr after the arrest of the petiitoner, he was beaten brutally and with regard to the same, he made a representation to the authorities, who have not considered the same.
3. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent, The Commissioner of Police/Competent authority is directed to consider the representation dated 16.02.2015 of the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
