JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner challenges the revenue recovery notices issued in terms of Exts.P13 and P14 which was initiated pursuant to the directions issued by the Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum and confirmed in appeal. Since the order had already been passed by the Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum it is not open for this Court to sit in judgment over the said order and especially when the petitioner has a valid alternate remedy to approach the National Commission by way of revision under section 21 of the Consumer Protection Act.
In the said circumstances, I do not intend to interfere with the demand made in terms of Exts.P13 and P14. However the petitioner is granted one month time to approach the National Commission and in the meantime the recovery proceedings shall be kept in abeyance. The petitioner also challenges Ext.P15. Since it is a separate cause of action it shall be open for the petitioner to challenge Ext.P15 order in other proceedings and that right is reserved.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
