Sri Anand Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioners at the very outset submitted that there are certain defects in the writ petition. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition after curing the defects.
The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
