JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Ajit Singh,J.
We have requested learned A.G.A. to convey to us the stage of investigation and whether any substantial evidence has been gathered by the Investigating authorities against the petitioners.
The petitioners shall not be dealt with coercively for the time being as we feel that there might be some truth in averments made by the petitioners as during that period the petitioner nos.1 and 3 were not present in India when the so called transactions took place in the year 2018.
List on 13.05.2021 as fresh.
