JUDGMENT / ORDER

Sri Vivek Mishra, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that a compromise has been arrived at between the parties and, therefore, he does not wish to press this petition any further.
An application being Civil Misc.Withdrawal Application No. 259460 of 2013 has also been filed to dismiss the writ petition as withdrawn.
The prayer is allowed.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands discharged.
LATER After the aforesaid order was passed, learned counsel for the respondents appeared and submitted that he be also heard before passing final orders.
As prayed, put up day after tomorrow, i.e., on 4.9.2014 for further hearing.
Learned counsel for the respondents will inform the learned counsel for the petitioners about this order in writing within 24 hours.
