JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed supplementary affidavit annexing therewith copy of the judgment of acquittal dated 29.11.2000 in case no. 3115 of 1999 and criminal case no. 33 of 1992 State Vs. Ekhlaq Ahmad and two others.
List in the week commencing 11.07.2011.
Learned Standing Counsel is directed to supply copy of the judgment passed in the case referred to in Annexure-3 to the writ petition at serial no. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner is also directed to file type copy of the judgment which he has filed today.
Office is directed to supply a copy of this order free of cost to Sri Indra Sen, learned Standing Counsel today.
