The learned counsel for the petitioners has prayed that he desires to delete the name of the Dealing Assistant, who has been arrayed as respondent no.4, he is permitted to do so.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri Rajesh Tripathi who has appeared on behalf of respondent no.3.
The grievance of the petitioners is that the electricity bill issued to the petitioner was not correct and therefore, he approached to the Executive Engineer, Electricity Distribution Division-IInd, Friends Colony, Etawah with an application for correcting the bill on 12.3.2010 along with the copy of incorrect bill as claimed by the petitioner. Order was passed on the bill itself on the same day, requiring respondent no.4 to make the necessary correction in the electricity bill, concerning electricity connection no.3601/257260.
The writ petition is finally disposed of with the direction that the electricity bill shall be corrected in accordance with the provision of the Electricity Supply Code, 2005 within a period of one month from the date of the certified copy of this order is produced before him. With the aforesaid observation this writ petition is finally disposed of. Order Date :- 17.6.2010 Mustaqeem.
