JUDGMENT / ORDER

In view of the order dated 01.08.2014, I do not find any further reasons to keep this Writ Petition and Contempt case for consideration.
2. Accordingly, Writ Petition and Contempt case are disposed of in terms of the order dated 01.08.2014. Any directions in Ext.P5 will be superseded by the order passed by this Court dated 01.08.2014.
The Writ Petition and Contempt case are disposed of in the light of the interim order without prejudice to the petitioner to approach this Court again based on fresh cause of action.
