The appellant's counsel has submitted memo dated 27.10.2014, which reads as follows: “The petitioner is no more interested in prosecuting the above case, since the matter has been settled out of court. Hence the above case may be dismissed as withdrawn, in the interest of justice.”

In view of the above said memo, the Criminal Appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn.
