The limited objection on the basis of which this review petition has been filed by the petitioner is that, though the prayer in the writ petition was to implement Ext.P5 resolution passed by the 3rd respondent in the writ petition in the light of Ext.P8, the said rider does not find a place in the operative portion of the judgment.
2. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the Water Authority as well as the petitioner who has appeared before me in person, I am satisfied that it is necessary to incorporate the said condition in the operative portion of the judgment sought to be reviewed.
In view of the above, this review petition is allowed to the limited extent of modifying the operative portion of Annexure-A3 judgment to the effect that, Ext.P5 resolution of the 3rd respondent shall be implemented in the light of Ext.P8. Ordered accordingly.
