to 16.03.2012 at 02.45 p.m. as requested by learned counsel Mr. Gori. Interim relief granted earlier and clarified by order dated 24.01.2012 is further modified to the extent that the interim relief shall not operate in respect of Tender Nos. IM-2011-099, IM-2011-102 and IM-2011-103, for Flow Nozzle Set Up, Blake Jaw Crusher and Reciprocating Pump respectively, as described in Tender Notice at Annexure B, page 30 of the petition, where petitioner is a bidder, and accordingly the interim order shall operate in respect of the remaining 17 Tenders submitted by the petitioner and the interim relief shall enure only upto the next date of hearing subject to further order that may be made after hearing.
