(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE A.L.DAVE) Having heard learned Senior Advocate Mr. Thakor appearing with learned advocate Mr. Tirthraj Pandya, learned advocate Mr. Shukla appearing with learned advocate Mr. Salil Thakor, learned advocate Mr. Gori and learned AGP Ms. Chandarana, we deem it appropriate to clarify that the ad-interim relief granted by this Court on 17.01.2012 is in respect of tenders in question i.e. only those 20 tenders where petitioner - EIE Instruments Pvt. Ltd., is a bidder and there is no order operating against processing of the tenders in respect of other items till further orders.
