Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned AGA for the State-respondents.
In pith and substance, petitioner is before this Court with a request commanding the respondent no. 2 to decide the representation dated 3.3.2021 within stipulated period.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner has already made a detailed representation to the respondent no. 2 on 3.3.2021, which is pending for consideration.
Learned AGA very fairly that in case any such representation is still pending and has not been disposed of, the same will be considered and decided expeditiously.
In view of the above, on consent and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of finally directing the second respondent to decide the aforementioned representation of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and preferably within six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
