The prayer made in this petition is as follows:-
"(i) Issue a suitable writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to restrain the construction of Road constructed by respondent no.3 from Kataiya to Malahipur.
(ii) Issue a suitable writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus may please to direct the respondent no.2 decide the application of the petitioner dated 24.10.2020 which is pending before the respondent no.2 during the pendency of the writ petition before this Hon'ble Court otherwise the petitioner shall suffer an irreparable loss and injury."
The prayer in this petition is omnibus in nature as it does not specify the plots, if any, of the petitioner which may be affected by construction of the road. Under the circumstances, such a prayer is liable to be rejected.
The petition is therefore dismissed without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to file a fresh petition by specifically disclosing the plots numbers over which he may have a claim.
