Heard Sri Raj Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Arunendra Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the impugned F.I.R. as well as material brought on record.
This petition has been filed by the petitioners with a prayer to quash the F.I.R. dated 27.5.2019 registered as case crime no.188 of 2019, under sections 147, 395, 364, 504 and 506 IPC, police station Bakewar, District Etawah.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case. He has further argued that the petitioner no.1 has married the petitioner no.2. The petitioner no.2 is the daughter of the respondent no.3 of this case. The petitioner no.3 to 8 are related to petitioner no.1 as mentioned in para 4 of the affidavit.
Learned A.G.A. opposed the prayer for quashing.
Considering the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the parties and nature of the allegations, it is directed that the petitioners shall not be arrested in above mentioned case, till the submission of the police report under section 173(2) Cr.P.C. but they shall co-operate with the investigation of the case.
With the above direction this petition is finally disposed of.
