This Criminal Petition is filed under section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash proceedings in CC.No. 375 of 2010 for offences under section 143, 294 (b), 427, 506 read with section 34 IPC on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Bhadrachalam, Khammam district, against the petitioner/A-17.
