JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. As against assessment years 2007-08, 2008-09, 2009-10, 2010-11 and 2011-12, petitioner filed appeal before the second respondent. Petitioner also filed application for staying all further proceedings pursuant to Ext.P12 revenue recovery notice.
2. There shall be a direction to the competent authority among the respondents to dispose of the stay application within a period of two months. There will be also be a direction not to initiate recovery proceedings till the disposal of stay application.
Writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
