JUDGMENT / ORDER

Both counsel are present.
2.A memo is filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner informing that the petitioner has amicably settled the matter out of Court and handed over the premises to the respondent and accordingly, he prays to record the said memo and dismiss the Civil Revision Petition.
3.Considering the fact that the premises has been handed over to the respondent, it is found that nothing survives in the Civil Revision Petition.
4.Accordingly, the said memo has been taken on record and resultantly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
