Order on application no. 43172 of 2012 Shri Suyash Agrawal, learned counsel for the appellant submits that the application dated 6.2.2012 which was filed alongwith the supplementary affidavit be permitted to withdraw with liberty to file a fresh application alongwith affidavit in the appeal.
The prayer is allowed.
The application and affidavit filed as above is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh application and affidvit in the appeal.
