JUDGMENT / ORDER

Ext.P1 is the order of assessment passed against the petitioner for the year 2010-11. Against Ext.P1, the petitioner filed Ext.P2 appeal along with Ext.P3 application to condone seventeen days' delay in filing appeal and Ext.P4 stay petition, before the 2nd respondent. Appeal and other petitions are pending consideration. In the meanwhile, coercive proceedings have been initiated by Ext.P5 demand notice. It is in this context, the writ petition has been filed. 2. In the above circumstances, it is directed that the appellate authority, the 2nd respondent herein, shall consider Ext.P4 stay petition and Ext.P3 delay petition together, within a period of one month from today and the WP(C).14323/14 2 coercive proceedings be stayed until such orders are passed, which orders shall determine the matter thereafter.
Writ petition disposed of.
