This Company Petition is filed for ordering winding up of the respondent company for non-payment of the debt due to the petitioner.
At the hearing, the learned counsel for both parties submitted that the respondents have paid the debt amount through a Demand draft in full and final settlement of the petitioner’s claim.
In the light of the above submission, the Company Petition does not survive for adjudication and the same is, accordingly, closed.
