JUDGMENT / ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also in view of the endorsement made, this writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
