ORDER :
Sri Kasa Jaganmohan Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner has approached the A.P. Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad seeking appropriate relief. He, however, submits that the prohibition with regard to the transfers has been extended by the Chief Electoral Officer till 31.1.2014.
2. In view of the said submission, this writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. However, status quo obtaining as on today shall be maintained till 31.1.2014. No order as to costs.
3. In view of the disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.285 of 2014 shall stand closed.
