JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the main Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.05.2017.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the petitioner's representation dated 06.05.2017 for issuance of Assignment Patta, the 3rd respondent has not passed any order so far.
4. Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the 3rd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation for issuance of Assignment Patta in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties.
5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.05.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
