This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner without any due process of law.
2. When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that after filing this Criminal Original Petition, there is no harassment by the respondent police, which is countenanced by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
