Petitioners, accused 4 and 5 in Crime No.639 of 2014 of the Mulanthuruthi Police station seek pre arrest bail apprehending their arrest. 2. Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted that the offences attributed to the petitioners are under Secs.341, 506(i), 323 and 324 read with Sec.34 of the Indian Penal Code, all of which are bailable in character.
